What is wrong with the zipper on my Ping Golf Bag?

I have a Ping Hoofer standup bag. There is a pouch on the left that is completely zipped shut but no zipper head to pull. Does it come like this or do I need to take it to a tailer and have them put a zipper head on

      I do not carry a Ping Golf bag, but I do use their clubs. I know that Ping is very good about addressing any defects in their products. You might want to contact Ping -
