REALLY SMALL Golf Bag?

I’m looking for a really small golf bag. I saw a man carrying this golf “bag” once and it wasn’t a pencil/sunday bag. This one tightened 5-6 clubs together with a strap at one end and has more room on the bottom for the iron heads to fit. It was more like a “tight spandex” keeping the clubs together.
