Great video. I had just started releasing the club today, and looked at vids to confirm what I’m doing.
The increase in power is definitely noticable, and the ball gets compressed every time. Some videos on youtube are saying “Don’t flip the wrists” - they should be more specific, as they could discourage people from properly releasing.
